Oxidized starch powder is produced when commonly used starch is treated with peroxide or hypochlorite which is oxidizing agent. As its result, molecular structure of starch modifies and oxidized starch powder is produced. Offered starch possesses better acidity and heat resistance attributes than common starch. Moreover, it can be stored for longer duration than commonly used starch powder. White in color, it contains maximum 1.0% ash and up to 13% moisture. Available in pure form, offered oxidized starch has 6.0 to 8.0 ph range.
